Single Replacement Hook XXX-Strong – Great for replacing trebles on large saltwater baits. Made with Zo-Wire, the wire strength is stronger than other traditional high carbon steel wires. This means smaller hook wire diameters for better penetration and a Super Needle Point that will not roll over or dull. These single hooks are less damaging to fish when practicing hook and release, and also safer for angler’s when handling fish on boat decks. These are perfect for handling the largest of Tuna (if the lure can hold up), and Giant Trevally. Features include Vacum-tinned finish for corrosion prevention, and Super Needle Point.

Single Replacement Hook 4X-Strong – Designed for replacing treble hooks on the biggest saltwater lures. With it’s wide, open gap and 4X strong forged shank, this hook is built to take on the toughest critters in the ocean. King-sized jacks, wahoos and tunas pinned on these hooks won’t be able to twist and leverage free like they can when hooked on trebles. Similar to the ST-36 series but with a short shank and wider gaps. Shorter shanks allow larger gapped hooks to be used without the fear of trebles fouling on each other and by nature of the design, short shanks flex less. This treble also features 150° PPP (Premium Point Position – see illustration) that splits 2 hook points out 150° vs. the typical 120° between all 3 points. Opening this gap allows the hook points to be positioned slightly farther out from the hardbait body, making for hookups that otherwise might not happen. Opening the gap to 150° also allows hooks to do less damage to baits and keep point sharper over time. This treble includes Owner’s Silky Gray frictionless finish that encourage superior hook penetration through gill plates and the toughest parts of the mouth. Other features include round bends, and Super Needle Points. When rigging baits always rig the front treble with the point in line with the eye, facing forward, and the rear in line point facing rear.

These hooks are X+ Strong and can be used for trout, bass, and many inshore species. Made from Zo-Wire which is stronger than other traditional high carbon steel wires. These hooks weigh the same as the ST-36 but are roughly 10% stronger. The material is also harder so points hold up longer.
